Build Your First AI Team Members
A 3-hour live (virtual) workshop for small group practice owners. We use AI (specifically Claude) to build you a small team of helpers around the work that’s been waiting on you.
The Story
Picture this….
It’s a random Tuesday morning. You sit down at your desk with your coffee, mostly tired but you love this work, so you take a breath and look around to see what the day has for you.
Twenty-seven sticky notes. The official to-do list, sixteen things on it. A stack of mail you haven’t opened. Fifty-six unread emails. Four voicemails. Notes scratched on a legal pad for that group you really wanted to launch this year. The supervision book you started reading because this was supposed to be the year you took on a few associates. And your accountant’s business card, sitting right there in your line of sight, because you filed the extension and now the real deadline is this week.
That was me a year ago. Most mornings spent trying to catch my breath. No room for the things that lit me up. Just the slog through the list.
Today is different. Here’s how.
One morning I stopped using Claude (the AI tool I’d been dabbling with) like a search engine and started treating it like a new admin on her first day. I told it about my practice. How we hire. The way I write to my clinicians when I’m not trying to sound like a clinical director. The values that show up in every announcement even when I’m too fried to remember them. The kind of practice we’re building. Everything I’d want a smart, brand new collaborator to know. This time I wrote it down, in a single document the AI keeps with it from then on. (It’s called a master prompt. It sounds technical. It isn’t.)
The difference was immediate. The writing sounded like me. The thinking actually helped. We started working through the pile together.
That’s the shift we’re doing in this workshop.
What we’ll build together.
First we finish your master prompt, the document I just described. The thing that teaches Claude who you are, how you think, and what you sound like, so you never start from scratch again.
Then we build the first one or two members of your AI team. By team member, I mean a dedicated workspace inside Claude set up for one specific kind of work. A hiring helper that already knows how you screen and what you ask. A writing partner that sounds like you. Someone who takes a first pass at the tricky emails you keep redrafting. Whichever ones you need most. You build them once. They stay built. They get better over time.
You bring one real piece of work. You leave with team members built around it, already working.
We work in Claude specifically. If you’ve dabbled in ChatGPT or another tool, bring what you’ve learned. We’ll fold it in. One main reason we’re building in Claude is because of the unique way it lets you teach voice and values, which matters for the work we do.
Therapy is relational. The way we speak to people is the thing. Most AI courses are built for marketers and consultants and people summarizing meetings. We need something different. The good news is, we’re already wired for it. Asking good questions and hearing what’s underneath, that’s our day job.
Once you see how to use these skills with AI, it stops feeling like a tech skill and starts feeling like an extension of what you already do well.
What you get
A finished master prompt, the foundation everything else builds on
One or two AI team members built around real work you bring with you
A one-page strategy doc, built just for you from your pre-workshop form, so you walk in with a plan
Three hours live with a small group (capped at twelve, so it’s a room not a webinar)
A recording of the session, in case you want to revisit
A short follow-up resource with the prompts and patterns we used together, so you can keep building on your own
Before we meet, you’ll fill out a short form, and I’ll send you back a one-page strategy doc built just for you. So you’re not walking in cold, and neither am I.
A year in, here’s what living differently has looked like for me. I wrote a whole tiered benefits structure for my team and it actually reflected our values. I finished a workbook for practice owners that had been sitting in my head for years. I drafted a clinical supervision course that’s been in my head since 2023. I wrote a newsletter I’m actually proud of every couple of weeks. I had a hard conversation with a clinician that went well because I’d thought it through with Claude first.
The pile didn’t disappear. Mine still grows, if I’m being honest. I just stopped being the only one carrying every piece of it. And the things that light me up have room again.
That’s what we’re building together.

Capped at twelve so it's a room, not a webinar.
Here's what happens once you register. You'll get a confirmation with the Zoom link and a short form to fill out. Five minutes, and it tells me what you actually want help with. A few days before the workshop, I'll send you a one-page strategy doc built just for you, so we hit the ground running on the day.
Life happens. If you can't make it last minute, you'll get the recording and a credit toward the next round.
