I'm a therapist who had a very hard year running a practice and needed help I couldn't afford to hire.
That's how I ended up here, teaching this.
You can think AI is genuinely concerning and also be curious about it. I do. Most of us in this field are holding both, and there isn't much room being made for that conversation.

Sounds technical. It's a document about you and your practice and how you think, and it's the thing that makes everything else work.

Do I need any experience with AI?
No. This is built for the very beginning. If you've never opened one of these tools, you're exactly who I had in mind.

We draw that line first, before we try anything. You'll leave knowing exactly what belongs in these tools and what never does.
Which AI tool do we use?
I teach mostly in Claude, and I'll show a live side-by-side with another tool so you can see what a difference context makes.
What if I can't make it live?
